eStatements
Receive your monthly statements electronically and view them online. It’s the safest and most secure way to receive your account information! To get started you must sign up for eBranch. Once you have signed in to eBranch, click on eStatements located on the red menu bar. Select 'I would like to receive eStatements'. You will receive an email notifying you that your eStatement is now available to view.
- eStatements are available days sooner than paper statements arriving by mail.
- Convenient –no need to file away paper statements; eStatements are stored for you online for 12 months.
- eStatements are environmentally friendly and save paper.

Personal Account Teller (PAT)
PAT is your credit union’s telephone response service. PAT will enable you to access your credit union account 24/7, via touch tone phone by calling 304- 744-CU24 (2824)
- Inquire on share, share draft and loan balances
- Transfer funds from one account to another account
- Access your line of credit for advances
- Transfer from one share account to pay West Virginia Federal Credit Union loan payment
PAT is menu driven and easy to use. The greeting prompts you to enter your membership number and press the # sign. Enter your access code and press the # sign. If this is your first time using PAT, enter the last four digits of your social security number and you will be asked to enter a new 4-digit access code (using suffix’s 0-9).
The automated system will prompt you to select one of the following:

- 02 for the Balance Menu
- 03 for the Checking Inquiry Menu
- 04 for the History Menu
- 07 for other options
